I am a Person Centred Counselling, and I hold a Degree in Counselling. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor. I also offer Solution Focused Therapy along with some CBT and Mindfulness work when it is appropriate. The majority of my work is done with adults of all ages. I hold a Degree in Counselling I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor, and I hold qualification in both telephone and online counselling work.

Additional Information

How Counselling Can Help: Talking to a professional counsellor can help to resolve issues that you may be struggling with, or have struggled with for many years. It can also help with any upcoming or future occasions whereby you may be feeling anxious and feel you need some support. Speaking with someone who is not emotionally/personally involved can really help.
